Excellent wetting to pigments with the result of better disperse ability, enables high concentration Master Batching. MERCO waxes are easy to disperse and have a relatively low melt viscosity. They are used to disperse pigments in master batches for coloring. Pigment dispersant for master batch

Well balanced in slip properties, coupled with its lasting effect, Better productivity, saving the power consumption. MERCO waxes are sparingly soluble in PVC, with external lubricant effect for rigid and plasticized PVC. It prevents the melt from adhering to the hot metal surfaces of processing machinery and decomposing. It improves the gloss, smoothness and water repellency of surfaces, as well as making the plastic easier to process. Also gaining in importance is profile extrusion and pipe extrusion. Surfaces are smoother, glossier if MERCO waxes is used instead of paraffin wax or microcrystalline wax, and they are more hydrophobic and have a non-stick finish. It is also used as an external lubricant in stabilizer/lubricant compounds that are added to PVC separately. Some basic formulations for selected applications can be used for all the most important types of pipes, including sewage pipes, pressure pipes, gas pipes and conduit piping, etc., with some slight modifications.

Gives heat resistance & flow ability to hot-melt adhesives. Improves quality in the area where heat resistance is required. The low viscosity MERCO waxes are used to reduce the high viscosity of the polymer and resin to ensure efficient mixing. This reduction in viscosity is particularly important during the application stage and also to pump the molten adhesive from the storage tank to the application area and to ensure proper surface wetting when applied. Wax in the adhesive formulation control the open and set times of the hot-melt, as well as the flexibility and elongation properties. It increases the blocking point of the final adhesive thus preventing the adhesive pastilles from sticking together during transport and storage.
